It helps a lot after I eat lots of greasy food. Then I feel kinda unwell. After drinking it, it helps sooth my stomach and makes me feel better. It also helps with digestion. I drink it with ice. But when I drink it too often, it makes me feel kinda weird t! So I drink it periodically after I overeat or have greasy food. I like this flavor.
