I use this on my eyes and cheeks and also around my smile line, it does have a slight hint of blush or like highlight and it does brighten my dark circles! i apply it before my sunscreen and throughout the day

Finally got my hands on this. I like that it is a balm but it kinda just sits on my skin. Have to pat it in a bit as it is a little sticky and heavy.
