The pad is nicely soaked that I can use it for both my face and neck. It is gentle and refreshing. I put it in the fridge so it doubles the refreshment and cooling effect on the summer days. That's all I can say since I only use this a couple of times.

this is my 4th bottle of this, and out of the different toner pad's i used with BELLAMONSTER, i love the carrot pad and watermelon pad the most. very happy that they included tweezers to get the toner pad out instead of having to use my fingers. much more sanitary!

Love using this in the morning, quick wipe to tone skin, feels very moisturized with the carrot seed oil in this pad. The textured cotton pad feels nice on skin and a good size to soak up product so it isn't dried out even after wiping face and neck. Great price on Style Korean here.
