It has watery consistence and it is gentle to use, did not irritate my skin. The only thing I do not prefer about this toner is a white foam residue it leaves on your skin. It also has scent of minty.

A good AM and PM Toner |

The perfect functional toner to have day and night! This has four exfoliation components but is still quite gentle to use personally. I enjoy the watery consistency and overall no complaints, except for its peppermint oil component.
