i use this for the toner layering method, and it works just fine even with just 3 to 4 layers. very light and absorbs quickly, and no fragrance either

Good hydrating toner |

Skin type: dry/combo, acne prone, sensitive
This product has done a nice job of hydrating y skin and prepping it for my other skincare steps. Definitely doing what it's advertised! My only downfall is when my skin is super parched, it isn't a hydrating enough base and too watery, my skin personally needs something with a thicker viscosity. Overall, if I didn't already have a favorite toner, I would purchase this again! :)
