It's an ok toner. I actually can't feel it does anything to my skin except hydrating. Haven't seen the soothing effect yet. Probably doesn't work for me

I've been eyeing this line under Etude for awhile and decided to just try it. I used this in the mornings since I ran out of toner for it and wow! Its so calming and actually helped a lot when I had minor flareups and sand acne along my jaw and around my nose. I just ordered the largest size!
