[+] : does what it claims. for me, one layer satisfies my skin's need for hydration. it is soothing and calming. dries to a velvety, almost matte finish.
[-] : could cause skin pilling when moisturizer immediately hugs the skin after toner.
TIP: Allow the toner to damp-dry first, as in leave in some moisture. When the toner applied feels almost dry – imagine a thin layer of dampness, that is when you follow up with a moisturizer to seal the hydration.
