Using it after cleansing. Works for me during the day as it is lightweight and non-greasy. This toner is mild and has a watery texture. It didn't irritate or clog my pores. Absorbed quickly by the skin. This toner is good for people who doesn't like products with fragrance. Really makes the skin glow.
