My Go-To Budget Essence |

Love this essence. It's not the cheapest on the market, but it is more affordable than higher-end brands like SKII and way better quality that some of its lower-budget competitors. It provides decent moisture and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth before I apply the rest of my skincare.

I love this essence so much!! I have oily, acne-prone skin and used this in the morning after cleansing and before any other skincare. It has a watery texture with no scent, and it absorbs quickly without leaving any residue. It's moderately hydrating, and the ceramide NP gives a very slight moisture. It's very soothing and seems to help calm redness while brightening and evening my skin tone. It generally seemed to improve my overall skin health (fewer breakouts, quicker healing, and a stronger skin barrier). I'm not sure if it's a coincidence since I started using this at the same time I started using adapalene, but my skin looks so healthy and glowy while using this. It did sting slightly on extremely irritated skin, so be mindful if you have very dry, sensitive skin from something like adapalene or an allergic reaction. I definitely plan to repurchase!!
