Not sure about the brightening and glowing effects as I haven't used it that long. It doesn't leave any sheen for an instance glow but it is lightweight before the moiturising step. My complaint is that if I rub it a little too much, it turns into some small granulated bits that I can feel it against my skin. So best just spread it on quickly and then pat it to absorb.

I needed a serum so I got this since I seen this brand before . It’s an okay product. I didn’t see anything major difference in my skin but it also didn’t cause any problems so I won’t repurchase
