Purchased #23 and it looks like the photo. The formula looks and feels like velvet! It hasn't clung to my dry patches and when I overline my lips it blurs my lipline.

The formular was so smooth and long lasting, does transfer but not that much. The color is just like the name, brown but with a little mauve that make it has that vintage vibe. Just, loveeee!
