it has a watery consistency and no scent. i use it to soak dry face masks for quick hydration. it does its job but not hydrating enough if you have very dry skin. may not repurchase.

This is very hydrating for me. I have oily combo skin but with dehydration. This hydrate my skin deep down. But can feel a bit sticky if I apply a bit too heavy handed

its not a bad toner but it doest hydrate my dehydrated skin very well so i recommend the dokdo toner from Round Lab over this.
