what you get are two sizes of patches - a bigger part of the circle that is amazingly large for under eye area and slim skinny "moons" that can be either used on your upper eyelids or in mouth folds. I love the bigger sized ones in the pack but found it hard to use smaller bits.

I am absolutely in love with this whole snail line. I use these in the morning on the drive to work. And any puffiness I had are gone by the time I make it to work. The only downside is because I'm sitting up they start to slide down my face but it only takes a few minutes for them to stay in place. I love how hydrated under my eyes look in the makeup I apply for the day. Just such a huge difference. I actually just ordered another 2 jars because I can't live without them .
