OK I'll be honest and say I really hate the little tabs this thing has on the packaging. However the product itself has a very strong calming component. This definitely works well for red and inflamed spots. I would choose this one if it was more about calming my skin than removing the fluid from the spot, like it definitely still does that but not as well as neogen or cos RX. However their spot patches don't work as well to reduce redness in the skin like this one does
