It quickly sinks in my skin not sure if it does anything to my skin but I use it as extra step to add hydration.

It really worked for deep dehydration on my cheeks with only one layer. It was better than Keep Cool, Dr Ceuracle, Isntree toners for my skin, addressed dehydration so well
