I have a large collection of toners, but this one is my favorite so far because of my skin after using it. Leaves my face hydrated, plumped, and soft. Is great to prevent any irritation or dryness after exfoliating or using retinoids. My only con is the fragrance which is VERY natural from the rice ferment. However, it has so many benefits that I´m ok so far with this.

This has a strong lavender scent like a baby powder but you will get use to it. The con outweighs the pros. The instantaneous brightening effect is there after your skincare routine. I get complimented for my bright complexion, mind you I have a light Filipina complexion. A little goes a long way and I am buying for a back up bottle now.

Upon first application, I find that it’s super hydrating and balancing. Even though it’s slightly goopy, it feels surprisingly light on the skin and gives a comfortable skin-like finish. It’s one of those toners that you can keep layering without feeling suffocated or sticky.
Over a few weeks, I noticed my skin looking brighter overall, with a healthy glow to it. Unlike the gold-standard brightening ingredient vitamin C, this toner brightens the skin more subtly by providing intense hydration and plumping your skin cells to give you that truly glowing effect.
