Essence-like texture plumped and smoothed my skin literally after first use. It absorbed fast and didn't leave any stickiness on skin. Hydrating yet light-weight. Gentle on skin. I normally apply toner with a cotton pad, but with this I prefer to use my hands and pat in the product due to its texture.

I looove this toner. One of the gentlest toner I've tried. Moisturized and hydrated my skin with leaving it tacky. I love its relaxing scent too!

Love the hydration! It’s has Black Rice Extract which improves skin elasticity by nourishing skin and Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing and hydrating the skin. The Black Rice Hyaluronic toner has an essence-like texture and makes my skin feel plum and hydrated.
