I have read the comments stating that it smells, but honestly, I didn’t find the smell unpleasant, it just the smell of rice. overall, It is nice toner which gives you refreshing feel and look.

Another favorite toner. I’m on my 3rd bottle. I would love to repurchase it again. Soooo gooddd for normal and dry skin. Combination skin also can use.
