I don’t know where to start… may be I’m not using it right… soaked my cotton pad and put it on my nose… just won’t stay… had to hold it with my fingers…. It didn’t do anything!

I don't see any difference. It feels tingly and cold when applied. I've left soaked cotton pad on for 15 minutes but I don't see much if any melting. Just a hype product I'd say.
