This is by far my favorite product to use. I want to give kudos to Banila for the packaging, it comes with a tray that holds your scoop so it isn't sitting in the product. This makes using the product easy and clean!
I suffer from regular outbreaks on my chin and jaw, and had a few pimples when I started using this product.
The balm itself melts easily into the skin and feels so rich and luxurious. After massaging into my skin for about a minute, I use a wet washcloth and rub in small circles for added physical exfoliation. After removing, my skin feels refreshed and clean. I can almost hear my pores saying THANK YOU WE LOVE THIS! after each use. After a week of use, I notice that my skin's texture has improved and I have no breakouts.
I have bought expensive oil based cleansers in the past and find this as effective and like the price point much more.

I've always liked this cleanser, but I took a break from it to try something new. Glad I'm using it again, though, because it seems to do a good job of taking care of the first step in my cleansing routine. Nice melty texture, easy to spread around, makes my skin feel good.

Absolutely loved this after the first use. It took off all my make up nicely and left my skin feeling very smooth/ soft and not dry like most cleansers. Super worth it !
