I didnt know this was a two-phase toner so when I received it I was scared of using it scared I will break-out, yet it is really soft on my skin and I see the reduction of blackheads. It is also kinda always cold so is nice to use on skin to de-puffle-

I was always worried of using 2-part toners because they make me break-out but this is soft with my skin. I like it that I dont feel like my face is stretching after applying the product and I like how light it is. It leaves a really fresh feeling.
