I expected better of neo-gen for this product, upon opening, the product wafted into my nose the smell of pure plastic. The purpose of the product is to exfoliate; in my opinion, the brand: secret key has a product similar to this that does a better job. I figured that this product does a similar job to secret key's but it fails in comparison in my opinion. Now, i will give benefit of the doubt that maybe after a few uses i will see results i like but in terms of it removing a lot of dirt and gunk once applied is pretty sad. I will assume that maybe my face was pretty clean on first contact? But I have my doubts.
