I have acne prone skin and this treats my smaller spots well without overly drying them out. However for my bigger spots it isn’t as effective and I stick to benzoyl peroxide cream

Put this cream on the spots. It was hit or miss. Some spots redness reduced some were still inflammed or agitated. I do love the ingredient composition from this product. Unfortunately it didn't do much for my spots. I would assume it would work better on mild cases.
