I'm trying to use this to fix one boxcar scar + one dark spot I have, and also use it on active pimples + scarring. I wouldn't say it is an instant fix (that would be scary if it was), but I think it is working to lessen my boxcar scar a little bit -- it still is there but looks a bit less prominent. I've only been using it for two months though so I'll need more time to determine if this cream is the cause + if it can fully fix it. This causes no pain though.
