I use cotton pad to wipe my face with this toner after I wash my face at night time. Feel very moisturizing, some night I just used 3 layers of this on my face without a need of putting on a cream. Suitable for dry to very dry skin because it very moisturizing

The most watery toner i’ve tried from Korean beauty, which i love. Ideally to apply 2-3 layers repeatedly before your serum to give skin extra calmness. It gives a lovely sheer gloss afterwards.
