I don't have major body acne problems however, my skin is more prone to acne in summer. I keep this in the shower and use it as a pre cleanse before going over with my normal hydrating body wash. To my surprise, the product lathered well with gentle foaming action and a refreshing tea tree oil scent and it didn't dry out my skin either.
It hasn't helped much with my Keratosis on my arms but it has helped prevent me from getting new chest acne. Worth as try !
