hes...@	I love getting these bulk cotton pads, I like to wipe toner instead of using my hands so these are great to have on hand. The "exfoliating" layer of the cotton pads come off really easily though, but I cant complain since these are so cheap

tar...@	OMG!!!!! I have used so many cotton pads and have always been disappointed with them. These are the best. They do not crumble and break down when putting on my toner and do not soak up a lot of my product. Will continue to repurchase.
