It's important not to use a sticky primer with this cushion, otherwise it will go on cakey. This is more of a balm like texture, dries semi matte. My first 2 applications with the product were completely different (texture, colour, dry down time) so, I'm updating this review. Colour #301 is slightly lighter than #23. It is more yellow than other Moonshot cushions in #301. High coverage. As it is a balm, the colour is one dimensional. You'll need blush, contour etc so, you don't look like a very smooth mochi ball. It feels a bit drying during the day. Virtually no oil seeped through. A true glow cushion is Clio Kill Cover Glow. Lighter coverage with lots of glow which reveals a bit of texture but, does not dry the skin.

It gives you a natural glow with medium coverage. I think this product is not for me because i have supper oily skin.
