I don't use the first step because I find the toner to be very alcoholic feeling. I put patches on after my regular cleansing, toning routine. always keep these on hand for those larger break outs.

Istg these practically melted my pimples away. These are the most effective pimple patches I've ever used and even kind of fine as a kit with wipes to clean the skin before applying the patch. The price makes sense
