I would say this toner is more like a serum because it is very thick. On top of other products, I don’t tend to reach for this product since I have others that are lighter and that I prefer over this one.

This is a basic product which helps to hydrate the skin. Perfect for all skin types. The texture is very nice and helps to calm the skin. I prefer to apply this toner in layers which helps to hydrate the skin and sometimes I do not apply any serum.
