Okay for spot treatment, but by itself does not do a lot for acne. I would use this with a pimple patch.

I use this on stubborn acne spots and it absorbs quickly into the skin without it feeling sticky. There is no fragrance to it so that's a plus but it does take a while for results to show, it even came with acne patches that didnt stick well but it did shrink my acne.
