My ultimate favorite hydrating and moisturizing toner is Laneige's Cream Skin Refiner, but one time when it got sold out, I had no choice but to look for a substitute. After reading and watching several reviews, I ended up getting HaruHaru Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner. It has almost the same consistency and it's also super hydrating that I feel as though my skin would recover quickly from a long period of dehydration with just a single application. The only downside probably is it's a little sticky compared to Laneige Cream Skin Refiner which absorbs easily into the skin. Other than that, I love this HaruHaru toner all in all.

Love the size. I don't feel afraid to use multiple layers. My skin feels more hydrated and there is a slight fragrance.
