Bought for pigment purposes but haven't seen any huge difference that helps pigment. Does have a strange smell but will use it till I finish.

Hydrating toner and doesn't break me out! It moisturizes and feels great after. I usually pour a little on my hand and pat it on my skin for maximum use.
