I never try to waste anything, but this is the only lipstick I've had to throw away practically unused. Something in the lipstick and maybe the container has a very strong rubber/petrochemical smell to it. I can smell it even when it's several feet away. I know this kind of lipstick has silicones in it, but this is not right. Maybe OK for tires on your car but not for a cosmetic product. I often donate my unwanted products to my niece but I didn't feel safe to give this to her. Aside from the smell, I learned that matte lipstick (even the kind that can blur imperfections) don't help with imperfections.
