This essence is probably my favorite skin care product. My skin used to be really oily and this essence was hydrating and calming. After I started retinol my skin became really dry and this essence was still a vital part of my routine. It was calming and added an extra step of hydration to my routine.
This product was really the BEST when I damaged my moisture barrier. It hurt to put water on my face and every other skincare product in my routine made my face sting, even though they were all made for sensitive skin. This was the only product that I would use without it hurting and I slapped on a lot of it to calm my skin down a little before using moisturizer. I really believe that this product works for every skin type unless you have a sensitivity to artemisia.
