The texture of this toner reminds me of that of the pyun kang yul essence toner. It’s very hydrating but does take a while to absorb in. I have oily but dehydrated skin and this works well for me

I dont get the hype. I find this is just ok, doesnt absorb too welll. I like the rovectin skin activating lotion better.
