This toner is okay on my skin but a bit too thick for me. Though it felt good and hydrating but its a bit much for me. the consistency I think is good for those who have super dry skin and this will really compensate the lost moisture. I used this instead on my neck and so far my skin in this area looks better than before.

using it feels refreshing and my mom loves it. so she's the one using it now. just slap onto face, no cotton pad necessary and move on to the next step of skincare.

actually hydrating |

this was my first product introduction to the brand isntree. i struggled with dehydrated oily skin, and because of dehydrating, i had fine smile and forehead lines. but ever skin using this toner, my skin has been a lot more happier, and a lot more fine line free.
