The texture is not too runny and fast absorbs into the skin. It has mild green tea smell, not too overpowering and this toner is perfect for dry skin.

This is a nice calming toner that doesn't interfere with any of my other products. I like it for the fresh feeling my face gets but I haven't really seen much of a difference in my skin texture.
