It claims that it helps dull and dark skin to be brighter. But I think it depends on our skin and our skincare routine. If we stay home and use sunscreen regularly, it surely could help. But if we go out regularly, maybe it could help a little bit.

Not overly aggressive with the brightenung. Definitely hydrates while helps your skin brighten gradually. Very light, finishes without even the slightest hint of tack. Absorbs beautifully.
