One of the best toner i have ever tried. It cleanses my face without leaving it dry. It has a mild scent too. You'll feel and smell clean after using it

It gets make up off ok after a bit of rubbing. I mainly use just to remove eye make up. A bit drying. The small bottle is handy for travel.
