This brand makes nourishing and very hydrating creams that is amazing at keeping your skin from drying, and helps skin revitalize. It didn't break me out at all. Some creams for oily face still actually break me out. But, this is like defensive armour. If you were to get a minor burn, I would protect you way more than other creams out there. It smells like Elmer's glue though.
