I tend to use cleansing waters to get rid of most makeup then use oil cleaner and foam cleanser. I have used this product before and it was a repurchase. This product doesn’t dry out my skin and helps remove makeup. For eye makeup I use soak cotton pad and place over eye for a longer time so that I don’t rub and irritate my skin. I can also use qtip to clean up messes.
