I think this product is meant for people who have sensitive skin or skin with inflammation. Personally I don't have those conditions often so I can't speak to that. This product has a more oily texture so I (with oily skin) would only use this at night time once in a while, but I notice that my skin complexion is brighter in the morning after I use this.
