These eye patches are so cooling and soothing. It didn't break me out and it soothed my tired dry eye area. I wear them with the wider part below my eye and the wing on the outer sides of my eye. I find that eye patches fit my face better that way. I wear them in the morning or before getting ready to put makeup on.

Great for refreshing your under eye area. I've tried this brand's eye patches before and they tend to be very heavily hydrating, almost too much.
