The eye masks are very cooling and something to use after a long day to destress those eyebags. I don't think they have anything to do with brightening your eyebags but it does bring in some moisture. I would get them if it were on sale.

Exactly what I need when I have trouble keeping my eyes open especially after pulling an all-nighter. The cooling effect really soothes tired eyes. Highly recommended.
