I like toner pads because it's easy to use. And about the packaging, I'm happy that this comes in a flip top packaging, not screw top type of packaging. About the performance, I think this does really good on refreshing my skin. When I'm too lazy to double cleanse, I use cleansing wipes and this to finish off the cleansing step. This also can be used for neck and armpits that make the skin really smooth
