This eyeliner is my favourite I've ever tried. In Korea it is already famous but now I know why. It applies SO SO smoothly, no clumping or smudging either! I definitely DEFINITELY recommend

I bought this after a recommendation from a korean makeup artist on YouTube (she says it didn’t smudge). Well... it does. However, i have hooded eyes so EVERYTHING smudges on me.
However, I love how thin the pencil is. It’s Really great for tightlining. This pen is Also super, super black. I LOVE that. It’s also a gel Liner so it’s very smooth upon application. I find this to be even smoother than the Marc Jacobs gel liners which I really like. (They do smudge on me as well, but if I set it correctly, it won’t). I haven’t tried the clio liner with my eyes completely done, meaning, normally I would apply eyeliner on top of eyeshadow, so hopefully it’ll smudge less once I try it that way.
Currently, I’ve only tried it on bare eyes, no primer. I tried setting with eye shadow and oil absorbing powder. Definitely smudged less but still smudged.

This was a very nice eyeliner to use, I was looking for a non-ink eyeliner to give a more softer look to my eyes on days I didn't want to go too glam. I was honestly a little skeptical at first with the twist mechanism as I've used the etude house super slim proof gel pencil liner and the product would just break after i just tried to draw on my eye liner. Seeing as how this went on smoothly, I would definitely recommend it to someone. Later I will purchase the brown liners in this line as before it was sold out
