I always repurchase this eyeliner. I am new in makeup and I have hooded eyes, so I find difficult to draw the eyeline, I usually use this eyeliner to draw the eyeline guide and then finish with a brush tip eyeliner. When I used it on its own, the eyeliner would rub off during the day, maybe because of my hooded eyes, that cause the eye area to be slightly oily.

It is so creamy that it slides on your eyelid. Moreover, it does no smudge! Will repurchase for sure.
