It feels sticky, yet powdery and matte. However, it looks oily. Very disappointed with this product. The only thing it had going for it was that it's slightly tinted.

the product has a tint on it. it has the quality of no stickiness and light weight to skin. the problem is when you apply it hard to blend and the white cast will i may call it gradually blend to your skin. also it some kind to water resistance.
