I bought one for myself and one for my roomie. We used this one of the weekend days I stayed with her at the hospital. I have sensitive skin. This did not irritate my rosacea or cause a rash, which is always a possibility when using a new product on my face. The roomie said after using this that she felt like her skin was renewed and she no longer looked like she had been in the hospital for nine days. It not only helped with exfoliation, but it helped my roomie shake off the hospital blues
